I like it! At this point that would only happen with Christ, though. America has gone astray and is now paying the price.
Perhaps he meant Jefferson, the president who doubled the size of the US, and kept urging the French to do something about the Barbary Pirates. They were our early introduction to Middle East trouble makers and reacted much earlier than other US presidents to that potential danger.
Apparently, Trump made a good decision deploying his Son-in-Law, Kushner, to work the situations in the Middle East.

Well, the Canadians have gone full-tilt liberal in the big cities (although not out west, where they want to join eastern Washington State and the panhandle of Idaho). So their liberals have their panties in a twist over Trump wanting to make them the 51st State. LOL

Both the Kushners took so much abuse during the 45 Admin, that they have decided to work behind the scenes. Jared had thyroid cancer in the interim between admins. He is certainly a smart guy and apparently a great diplomat and negotiator. History will be kinder to him and Ivanka than our dastardly media has been.
I think the author was only referring to the outsider bit. Hamilton was born in the West Indies, IIRC; Lincoln from relative poverty in the midwest. I've never considered Washington an outsider, though-- wonder what he meant by that?
