With details revealed exclusively to The National Pulse, Liberty Vote, under the leadership of Missouri-based Scott Leiendecker, has taken full ownership of the controversial, foreign-owned Dominion Voting Systems company. This acquisition marks a historic transformation in the realm of election technology in America, with Dominion effectively being shut down and subsumed into Liberty Vote.
Leiendecker, a prominent figure in election reform, is committed to rebuilding trust in the electoral process through transparent and secure voting systems. His approach includes the use of hand-marked paper ballots, emphasizing simplicity and accuracy.
The National Pulse spoke with Leiendecker and his team exclusively over the past few days, wherein they explained their acquisition of the company, the recently settled lawsuits with figures such as Rudy Giuliani and Mike Lindell, as well as their vision for the company moving forward. More information will be provided in the days and weeks to come, as Leiendecker and his team get acquainted with Dominion internals.
Leiendecker said in a statement, “Liberty Vote signals a new chapter for American elections—one where trust is rebuilt from the ground up.” The company aims to provide election technology that ensures every ballot is accurately and fairly filled out and counted.
Liberty Vote’s commitment includes 100% American ownership, with a focus on domestic staffing and software development. The company also prioritizes paper ballot systems in alignment with federal standards and incorporates rigorous third-party auditing to verify election integrity.
Founded by Scott Leiendecker, Liberty Vote is dedicated to securing the democratic process through innovation and transparency, ensuring that every American’s vote is protected and accurately counted.

You and me both.
The biggest improvement in election integrity would be the elimination of mail-in balloting (with a few exceptions).
Good - now let’s open up this tech.
Nice, it’s OUR covvid vax now. Sign me up for cancer and heart disease!!!
As long as my vote is wasted by a republican swamp leader, wshew.
Dominion Voting Systems has been sold to Scott Leiendecker, a former Republican election official who is the sole private owner of the newly-created company, Liberty Vote. The deal was finalized in late September 2025. The financial terms of the sale were not disclosed.
Key details of the sale include:
New Ownership: Leiendecker, who previously founded the electronic poll book provider KNOWiNK, privately financed the purchase.
New Name: The company has been renamed Liberty Vote.
Policy Shift: The new ownership has indicated a strong preference for hand-marked paper ballots to “restore public confidence in the electoral process”. This aligns with goals expressed by former President Donald Trump, though many states already use paper ballots.
American Ownership: Liberty Vote plans to ensure the company is 100% American-owned, with domestic staffing and software development. Dominion, originally a Canadian company, had been under the ownership of the private equity firm Staple Street Capital since 2018.
Dominion! Protecting Americans right to vote well into their afterlife!
Salute to Scott Leiendecker! Well done, sir. A huge step forward in vote integrity.
BFL
Seems the only money they made was with lawsuits and cowards settling.
Two things about the last decade amaze me. How the hell did the homosexual deviants and dominion get so powerful in such a short time?
(Rhetorical of course because they are democrat party allies)
Never forget that FOX News paid Dominion $787.5 million to settle Dominion’s lawsuit on April 18, 2023, just as the trial was about to begin (after a jury had been seated). That has to tell you something.
Mike Lindell was on WR to dispel the rumors that he has settled with Dominion.
He stated emphatically that NO he had not.
The suit goes on in spite of Dominion selling out....
A lot of everyday people are paper tigers.
Per the Daily Caller article, the cases involving Lindell, Powell, and Guiliani have been dropped as part of the acquisition.
Paper ballots only that are hand counted and retained for any necessary hand recounts. Paper ballots cast only on voting day itself with only notable exceptions being military serving abroad.
This has the potential to be a HUGE game changer. I’ll be watching for updates on this and what it means for our elections.
