ABC insiders revealed that affiliate owners and advertisers were in open revolt.

By Wednesday, 66 of the 200 affiliate stations had already threatened to black out Kimmel’s program, while corporate sponsors jammed the phone lines with demands for accountability. Nexstar and Sinclair, two of the largest affiliate groups, told Disney flat out: pull Kimmel, or we will.

This is why Kimmel was suspended. Not because of Trump pressure. Americans were outraged by Kimmel’s “comedy” monologue, and he was going to say something even worse the next night.

And that’s why he was canned. He disobeyed direct orders from his bosses.

Kimmel is already demanding that his Disney financed security detail be doubled and it continue for another ten years as part of his severance agreement. Hire a crazy, get crazy bad outcomes .

As a supporter of free speech I want to remind Jimmy he can start a podcast any time he wants.

Why should you have to depend on big corporations and TV affiliates to spread what you have to say? Very few of the rest of us get that sort of support.

" But the left thinks America, as a country, is finished. This is a major moment in American history.”

This is a stupendously accurate comment - they thought they won it all when Obama was elected. They're shocked that any opposition is still being made - and they're not going to be bound any longer by constitutional principles or limitations.

Everyone has missed Jimmy Kimmel's motive and MO here!

He sees a niche market for himself. He wants to be another 'Joe Rogan'.

Right now he's in the angry, "flipping the bird" to establishment media stage.

Oh.

So.

It wasn’t dictator Trump who got him fired

It was his own words, that angered his employer, who canned his ass .

Kimmel wrote a very hot anti MAGA monologue? I highly doubt it, I don’t think he could write a check without a crew of writers now a days, he has become so dependent on a whole crew of writers to put vindictive hateful words in his mouth.

Message to Jimmy.

Elections have consequences.

MAGA won by an electoral landslide and a popular vote majority.

Anti-MAGA so-called comedians with less than a year on their contract have NO cards.

Even former so-called comedians who are dictators have more cards than you do.

It’s all a cover for abc not renewing his contract....get fired, be a defiant troublemaker, get a job on another network.

He is talentless. Abc told him.

Let’s all be real here. Disney isn’t doing this because they disagree with Kimmel. They are doing it because of money

His show already costs them money. They are losing around 4-50 million a year.

Next, over a third of the stations are refusing to air the show. And advertisers are pulling out.

This isn’t about free speech. His money losing show finally crossed a line and no one wants to go down the toilet with him when it is flushed.
