Our federal government has slowly drifted away from the
constitutional balance of power intended by the Founders.
<><>The system isn’t always governed by we, the people’s elected officials as intended,
<><>but by unelected bureaucrats, activist judges, and defiant state govts
<><>Congress became lazy, states ignored federal law,
<><>and most egregiously, courts replaced interpretative law with ideology.
<><>Pres Trump appears to be attempting to rebalance this structure.
The perpetual tendency of government towards tyranny is what makes limited government essential.
This can be tied directly to government spending - the less they have, the less they can do. Small budgets force them to focus on directing money to what they were put there to do.
Keep this in mind while the 2026 budget is being worked.
Well said, CIB-173RDABN. Thank you for the post.
Very well stated, concise & to the point. Well done. 👍
Stopped reading right there. The country started drifting from its constitutional bases before the ink was dry.
Such terms as "woke", "liberal", "progressive" are intentionally misleading newspeak words designed to hide their true meaning, which is the opposite. They change constantly as their veneer wears away.
I see the lack of any legislative process to curtail this beast is in the hands of the VP Vance. No recission bills (except 94M) There should be one a week matching the doge reports.
It boils down to this. Which is the lesser of two evils would we rather be enslaved by through central federalism?
That is a fact essay.
