He wasn’t released. He was sent to a loony bin for 60 days to see if he is competent to stand trial. Once the shrinks say he is sufficiently competent to assist his attorneys in the defense of his trial, he goes back to jail.
If the judge doesn’t do that and the trial goes forward, a conviction would likely be reversed.
He’s been released 14 prior times.
Obviously they are looking to let him loose again to kill more wypipl.
I hope you’re right. The headline made it sound like his release was imminent.
I don’t ever recall a time with so many devious, diabolical, straight up crazy Judges.
They appear in all races and both genders.
The Judge released murderer Karmelo Anthony - who’s living the High Life.
Dems see these peeps as their soldiers. When are people going to wake up.
People need to read the entire article.
This is the judge dotting the “I” and crossing the “T” so that a reversible error is not produced. Plus, there is the verdict of “guilty, but mentally insane”. Which means you’re in a secure psych facility until you’re competent. THEN you go to prison. I’ve also seen the inside of correctional psychiatric units and the difference between that and a regular prison is purely academic.

Lady friend of mine worked in the State Hospital Psyche Ward for while they got them well enough to stand trial
They keep them pretty sedate
This makes sense. In custody at the psych ward. Need to do everything possible to ensure legal outcome survives appeal.
Yes this post is misleading. This guy is a homicidal maniac and likely needs to be locked up in a hospital for the criminally insane for the rest of his life.

Was it the one owned by that one judge ?
Nice grift they got going there eh ?
Don’t they call that
“ closing the loop”
in business parlance?
If he’s deemed not competent, will he go back to that loony bin for a lucrative long stay ?
Seems like a win/win opportunity for that Legion Judge either way.

What you wrote is correct. This is Standard Operating Procedure to send criminals who present mental issues to a shrink to determine if they are sane enough to understand the charges against them.
