My research is showing that the Democrat Minnesota authorities KNEW this family and their history and either ignored what he was about to do - or facilitated it....

I believe it, but I didn't see any evidence of this in what was published. Maybe I just missed it.

Logically , that means there is less than extensive knowledge.

Logically that means there is SOME .

THEY KNEW SOMETHING.

THEY HAD EVIDENCE.

But you are correct, they HAVE with held evidence .
