The term colored woman is racist?
Why is it no big deal for blacks to call themselves the N word all day long as a matter of routine, but white folk are publicly scorned, ruined or beaten to death for saying it?

“melanin-enhanced individual who squats to urinate” Well yes, but the the word "individual" suggests binary, as in 'only two' ...
Also, 'melanin' contains the letters m-e-n ...
These words will not sit well with the uber-triggered LGBTQSUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIOUS++ crowd ...
Ohhhh, what to do, what to do ................ ???

It is an unseemly look that a person involved in setting the interest rates for the rest of us is cheating the system to get favorable interest rates for herself.
Allegedly "cheating the system to get favorable interest rates for herself." She has not been charged, much less tried and convicted. She is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Using the N word is pretty trashy no matter what.
“Colored” when used with blacks is pejorative. No such adjective is used for whites, other others.

“Colored” as used on this thread and up thread early on was not used in an endearing way. It was used in a pejorative manner.

So I guess your answer is no, it's not prima facie evidence that speaks for itself? Where does the specific code say she must be convicted? Isn't malfeasance a lesser standard for dismissal?

There is no reason at all for a conviction, or even a legal charge, to fire her. She should be fired for lack of honesty and lack of integrity.
She can be fired for “cause”. Cause is not defined anywhere, so “cause” is however the President defines it.

People are fired everyday—without having committed any sort of crime.

She can deal with the legal aspect of being convicted and going to jail after she is fired.
