Peter Baum @baum_p:
Palestinians steal the cultures of others because they have no culture of their own. They even call themselves Palestinians even though they speak Arabic though there is no letter ‘P’ in Arabic . So in Arabic the pronunciation is Filastin which means Philistine - or uncouth uncultured heathens……seems appropriate.

The New Covenant is for everyone who accepts Jesus Christ.
100%.. The Jews were/are to be brought back from the Diaspora by Gods hand. Not by the Rothschilds, Fake banking systems,
and the UN. IF they are the return promised, they would not need US support. “They are a stone in the sandals of the World”. It is YHVH who will protect them, and call them home
Thanks. So no Muslim, Allah-professing people. That kind of leaves out those interesting Palestinian Muslims, Hamas and the PA. Thanks for finishing your argument on this thread.
The New Covenant is open to Muslim who convert and accept Jesus Christ, just as it is to Jews who convert and accept Jesus Christ. The Jews cannot rely on the promises of the old covenants if they continue to reject the new. It has been 2000 years since the Temple was destroyed and its sacrifices ended. Our Lord said that this would happen because they did not recognize the day of their visitation. It may have been the Romans that physically destroyed the Temple but they were acting as agents of God, just as the Babylonians were with the destruction of the First Temple.
They have distinct tribes and dialects and cultural distinction between them
An English pundit concerned with Britain’s 7% Muslim population stated at 1-2% like USA you’re ok mostly
Over 5% they get problematic
Over 25% they are a threat
At 40-50% they run things
At 90% they start killing each other
The Christian population in mandate area Arabs in 1947 was 15-20%
They have since mostly dispersed given in my experience they are smarter
Comes down to this. All those Mohammedans -- to us the old word Churchill used -- are not part of the covenant. Therefore their claims to the land become clearly moot, making this thread most amusing in its arguments back and forth..
I visited Jerusalem and worked in Israel for short periods. If you haven't gone, go. If you've been there, good on you.
Yes, as far as any divine promises go. But so are the claims of Jews who are depending on the Old Covenant. What we have left are two ethnic groups seeking the same land, neither of which presently has any divine promises for it, nor any greater claims than the other.
You already solved the conundrum theologically. The rest of this is just non-Christian politics, power and "struggle."
I'll just repeat your words: "The New Covenant is for everyone who accepts Jesus Christ."
Yes, but I am amazed about how many professing Christians act as if the Jews are still living under the Old Covenant with its divine promises to the land.
You've made your answer.
Yes. I post on Bluesky a lot. I learned what SMH means.😉😎
And unfortunately, most Armenian chrstians seem to support them (the “Palestinians”).
Not a unique race, but a unique people. The author is trying to push the idea that there are no such things as real Palestinians and thus have no real claim to Palestine.
"Indegeneity" (or is it indigenousness?) doesn't exist. The only human being who came directly out of the soil was 'Adam HaRi'shon (but you believe in evolution, right?). There are only people who were already there because they invaded it earlier.
Besides, the only thing that matters is to whom G-d gave the land. No other claim matters.
Tracing back to the ancient world is close enough. In any case, the Palestinians are not the result of recent immigration as it is ofter portrayed.
Besides, the only thing that matters is to whom G-d gave the land. No other claim matters.
Possession of the land was contingent and based on adherence to the Covenant, not mere ethnic identity. Today there is only one covenant, that of Jesus Christ. Nor can the Jews reject the New Covenant and claim adherence to the Old. With the destruction of the Temple and the cessation of its sacrifices, it is impossible to adhere to the Old Covenant.
And just as the First Temple was destroyed by God through the agency of the Babylonians, so it must be admitted that the Second Temple was destroyed by God through the agency of the Romans. Otherwise you would have to say that God Himself was not able to maintain the Old Covenant against the forces of the world. So no, the ethnic Jews today have no divine claim on the land.
Yea. The only area today where Chritsian Arabs flourish and increase in growth is...Israel NOT “palestine” nor Lebanon.
Not true. Regardless of keeping.
What?
Years ago I had a debate with an Arab "palestinian," first he posed as a "Christian," then forced to admit he is Muslim. He first tried to propagate that they are related to the ancient 'Philistines'.
So I suggested to him to read the Bible, and that is no compliment...
Then he ceased the conversation... probably off in an attempt to fool another person...
