It will not be delivered to the Russian Navy until 2026 at the earliest. Currently it is in the White Sea.
It would have to fight its way into the Black Sea for Ukraine to attack it, starting a major war.

Their navy did not survive the collapse of the Soviet Union.
I think these guys will get the same attention at the end of the war that the Cossacks got from the Red commissars.
And many of the same kind of people will betray them.
Happy to see the Soviet Union/Russia waste as much time/money/effort as possible.
Ordinarily I would think this is just for show, but right now, Russia is strapped for effective naval weaponry. And given their past pattern, I would not be surprised if, after a short sea trial in the white sea, it is sent, guns blazing, into the black sea.
