Brennan is in big trouble. He must know it. Roger Stone reports overnight that Brennan has fled the country.
Sources she tell me that admitted communist, Islamic convert and traitor John Brennan has fled the country and is hiding out in Austria, where MSNBC has built a makeshift studio for him to make it appear that he is in the United States. Brennan has no intention of returning to the country and can be considered to be on the lam.

Austria does not automatically extradite indicted people to the USA regardless of the crime or potential penalty. Extradition between Austria and the United States is governed by a bilateral treaty and Austrian law, both of which impose specific requirements and restrictions:
• Dual Criminality Requirement: Austria will only extradite for offenses that are punishable by more than one year of imprisonment both under U.S. law and Austrian law. The act must be a crime in both countries.
• Political and Certain Other Crimes: Austria will not extradite for political crimes, and generally not for offenses that are military or purely tax-related under Austrian law.
• Penalty Limitations: Extradition for offenses punishable by death under U.S. law is only permitted if the U.S. provides guarantees that the death penalty will not be imposed or enforced.

• Procedural Safeguards: Austrian courts review extradition requests to ensure all treaty and legal conditions are met, and the request can be refused for various legal or humanitarian reasons.
In summary, Austria does not extradite “no matter what crime” or “no matter the penalty.” Each case is carefully reviewed under both treaty and national law, with multiple grounds for denial, especially regarding political or death penalty cases, and all must comply with principles of human rights and due process
