Yes they can take it to civil court but all they can get is a monetary award. Better than nothing which is what they have now.

Yes, that monetary award would be better than nothing at all.
However, I will say to the activists, if the Abortion Clinic is legally permitted to operate, then DO NOT BLOCK THE ENTRY to that clinic. If you do, you are setting yourself up for a direct and forceful confrontation. If the Abortuary guidelines say ‘no protests any closer than 50 feet to the door’.
Respect that sign and don’t come any closer!
The present laws allow them to do this. We all know this.
You are NOT going to make those inside feel the least bit guilty for beating you down to the ground, as they try to beat their way past you. Their only regret? That you are still alive to protest again.
