That means 96% of all federal judges would not and were not considered. Therefore, a strong case may be made that Brown was unconstitutionally selected. Let that sink in.
If she wants to tell us how she feels about something, she should share it on social media in some traveling pants sisterhood thing. She shouldn't be expressing her feelings while sitting in a very important job which by itself is not supposed to be influenced by "Feelings".

And what is it with women of color and their goofy goggles? It’s like they put them on for instant wisdom. They all do it. They don’t even need glasses. Bling for black bureaucrats. My local city council (Memphis) and school board begins and ends with the glasses going on as they enter the room with cameras, and they come off the instant they are out of camera view. It’s only the women. Weird.

At least Thurgood Marshall has the awareness to know that he would be viewed with more scrutiny (fair or not). He dissented plenty of times, but he never embarrassed the court.
Since liberals can’t and won’t work under the framework of the Constitution and laws, every law must be open to interpretation and they’re “living, breathing documents.” Ex: they didn’t have AR-15s in the 1700’s.
Could you imagine the outrage if a conservative judge said citizens could own hand grenades, mortars etc.? I would argue “living, breathing,” should open things up more, not be restrictive.
Feelings...The left trains its people to FEEL because it makes them easy to manipulate to take action. Be angry, scream, riot, complain, etc. So, their perfect candidate who will act on the current set of feelings.
