I agree. You campaign on exposing the Epstein client list, then turn around and claim there's nothing there—mocking a reporter who asks a legitimate question. It feels just like the 2016 promise to put Hillary in jail, only to later say, “Oh, the Clintons are good people.”

I don't like being lied to. Fire Bondi. If the Trump administration doesn't turn things around, I won't be surprised if impeachment becomes a real possibility, with jail time.

Trump listens to his base. His first public comment about the DOJ’s handling of Epstein may have been dismissive, but the base’s concerns about it aren’t going away and, IMO, he’ll eventually address those concerns, and probably relatively soon.
