Ketanji..... received her undergraduate and legal education at Harvard University, where she served as an editor of the Harvard Law Review....

In the old days, this background meant that one was exceptionally well-qualified intellectually, and was an exceptional legal scholar.

Nowadays, with Harvard Admissions’ and Harvard Law Review’s obsession with Blackness—not so much!

At least in Harvard’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, one must still successfully complete a research-based PhD thesis—which I know from personal experience is very tough!

The College, the Law School and the Law Review MUST return to their traditional standards, or else they will continue to release more Ketanjis and Hoggs onto the world!

This phenomenon is the result of having one liberal justice, Elena Kagan, who is exceptionally bright and has a mastery of the law. It's not that she agrees ideologically with the Court's 6 more conservative justices, it's that she's not an activist posing as a judge.

Ocassionally, she'll agree with the Conservatives judges while Sotomayor and Jackson would both dissent on an issue.
