My dad had a 1973 Delta 88, and THAT was not a "Land Yacht", it was a "Land Dreadnaught"!!!!

I loved driving that huge car! When you drove on the highway, the car would gently float up and down.

Olds Rocket 425… great engine.

I had 26 cars in my lifetime; used to buy them used for a couple hundred bucks, Drive them until the wheels fall off, repair them, and then buy another one, lather, rinse and repeat

Better days for sure

I could say the same about the great ride of the 74 Pontiac Grand Ville my dad bought several years ago from an estate sale.

He got tired of the car and sold it after a couple of years.

Great sounding 455.

I had my grandpa’s 1983 Delta 88 in college. Four doors, 400 cubic inches, and a ride like you are in a cloud.

Remember going 100 down I80, and only figuring it out because I hit Des Moines way to early.

My Dad drove a 1979 Buick Electra for many years. My sister and I referred to it as “The aircraft carrier.”
