I am going to place my bet with "20-year-old White guy" at this point. I will skip the optional side bets on Alien Mind Parasites, or "Internet Forums filled with Hate-Speech". Some people just go bad and should be put down when recognized.
This looks like a very elaborate suicide, without political motivations.
If that turns out to be the case, publicity on suicides is known to inspire imitators who copy the methods. Let's not have that. Let the shooter's name be buried with him.
If you notice, almost every mass shooting has initial reports of multiple shooters. Its the general confusion, and the feeling that bullets are coming from everywhere, and that its not possible that one person did it alone.

I watched the press conference. The sheriff was clear they didn’t know if it was one or more shooters.
