It is somewhat the opposite of why social media causes problems.

There the problem is unrelenting criticism which often freezes people up so they are unable to make any moves at all. You see this in young people who are terrified to make a choice because any mistake is catastrophic. Even if it is just choosing what color of post-it notes to order.

But unrelenting flattery is also bad in that you think any move you make is valid and lovely. And it probably isn't.

Software/Tech, like AI can be used as a tool, but I have no doubt that demonic powers can also use it to destroy people. Our Lord repeatedly warned us not to be deceived, and there is a lot of deception in this world.
I have sympathy for these people, and anyone who has a 'broken brain'. We need to be standing on the solid Rock of Christ, and not listening to any wannabee Messiah (be it in the flesh, or on an electronic device). The dark powers take glee in bringing misery to humans made in the image of God.
