If she steps outside her area of responsibility, she’s not covered by immunity.
Even if she’s in her area of responsibility, she has no authority to break the laws she’s responsible for upholding.....................
I am surprised that they even brought the prosecution against this judge, considering the venue, Milwaukee County, an independent state within the state of Wisconsin, where the law is clearly not applied equally.
Or is this a Federal charge? Might have some leverage there.
