Her name is Olivia Julianna, and she’s a prominent leftist activist who recently appeared on a left-wing podcast to talk about how to bring men back to the Democrat Party.

I am of the opinion that Dylan was self-aware enough to realize just how bizarre his "I'm a girl!" shtick was. It was way over-the-top campy, a parody of itself, in the same way as the early drag queens of the 60's were (e.g. the subjects of Lou Reed's "Walk On The Wild Side"), "Rocky Horror Picture Show", or even Devine from "Pink Flamingos". They were serious about their craft, but didn't take themselves completely seriously. They could laugh at each other, and themselves.
So I'm willing to grant Dylan some cred, as grotesque as it was (or still is).
But this human (?) monstrosity, not so much. She (?) takes herself WAY to seriously.
