While I agree with your assessment, I meant it is unlikely that a President would nominate someone that old and close to retirement.
BTW, condolences on your baseball team this year. While I didn’t expect a big year, they looked promising. I did see something recently about their 1969 team was rated the third best for all of modern baseball history. Very deep team.
