Interesting. Field “sobriety” tests are 100% BS. I’m curious as to how much later the “subsequent” testing was performed.

I work in a field where traffic safety is of paramount importance. I’m often ostracized because I’m strongly opposed to DUI laws. Cases like this illustrate why I believe this. If you are driving a motor vehicle and you cause a major crash with multiple fatalities, you should be treated the same under the law regardless of whether you were drunk, sleeping, or just ‘effing retarded.
