I checked at least 2 states (CA and Texas) and they both allow “Evidence of Lawful Presence” to get a RealID drivers’ license. (Lawful Presence = “asylum seekers” (millions of those with a “court date” thanks to Biden), VISA holders (don’t overstay your VISA like the 911 terrorists!!), and green card holders to get a “Real ID”.

(Basically “Evidence of Lawful Presence” is a Federal mandate to all the states for a Real ID DL....states can also still issue non-RealID DL’s if they want).
