I’d say the appeals ruling shows that what that judge did was not Constitutional.

And it’s not Constitutional when these other 2 judges are trying to do it now either. They should know that, based on the earlier appeals decision.

Remember, this is what Judge Sullivan did with General Flynn case in the withdrawal of his guilty plea.

smh... scroll down and read all the people on defense.. saying to pardon everyone involved...

why not start arresting people for fraud?? every time this judge opens his pie hole, arrest a democrat for fraud. arrest a democrat for something else. doing so, the democrat party themselves would shut this judge up very quickly!!

No he doesn’t. He is an arrogant leftist Jewish lawyer.

On your side ...great.

But on the other... will do anything.

The judge signaled he could appoint an outside lawyer to prosecute the contempt case if the Justice Department declines to do so.”

How is this within the power of the federal judiciary?

Until proven wrong, I’m assuming that Trump’s been trumped again by the incompetent types that inhabited his first term. Either that, or he’s trumped himself.

If anyone thinks that you can eliminate a corrupt governmental system by playing by the corrupt system’s rules, they are kidding themselves. The Republic is finished.

If all of this “Lawfare” is not a Constitutional crisis - then what the hell would you call it? And if it is a Constitutional crisis - then USE IT!

My reading of the federal statutes indicates that the DOJ could fire any outside prosecutor that he appoints, which would create yet another “constitutional crisis.” This is what Trump should do: reject and challenge the mirage of this judge’s “power” at every turn. Marbury v Madison is a charade. It is paper thin, and unless Roberts grows a pair and stops it (or Congress repeals the 1988 law empowering Districts) the entire judiciary could end up permanently weakened.

Pres. Trump should IGNORE all of the thug lower court judges and demand congress impeach him over it or STHU!! This is great reason for impeachment and not some stupid phone call. LET'S HAVE THIS OUT. Are you listening Coward Roberts, you perverted freak?

I think the law does permit Boasberg to appoint a lawyer, but I am curious how he will pay for one. As an older friend role me years ago when I asked him how he came to grips with how to fire someone - he said, it’s easy, you just quite writing them a check. I’m sure any appointed lawyer will be up on crowd funding sites.

Maybe Boasberg’s daughter can swing a few shekels to protect the ego of dear old dad.

If it is inevitable that one side or the other evolve into a police state that treats the other side harshly, then I want it to be the “law and order” side that comes out on top. And I do wonder if this is inevitable because of what we’ve allowed our education system to become.

the end of your useless critiques of AG Pam Bondi - give
it a rest or admit your true blue colors!

Boasberg is a blessing in disguise.

He is showing what fanatical determination against all odds means.

Bondi needs to learn how it is done from the judge.

It’s time for the judge and his family to be investigated. Go over all of their financials. Audit the NGOs his daughter and sister work at. Audit the wife’s abortion clinic. Then start looking at all the lawyers in Eisen’s group. It’s time to play by democrat scorched earth rules of politics.
