It’s not. Most constitutional experts agree that remedy for dealing with bad behavior is impeachment. There’s no way scotus would go along with it even if the judge was a mass murderer.
The House can defund the court, impeach, investigate and subpoena records, such as financial records of relatives which could get judge in real trouble.
Trump’s cabinet could ignore orders with the promise that Trump would pardon them preemptively. If things keep going down this path, that could be the Trump card that needs to be played.
Pardons are in the constitution to reverse the abuse of justice . I can’t think of a better use for a presidential pardon. If federal judges are going to try to indict Trump officials, Trump should preemptively pardon them if scotus remains in hibernation.
