Took a 9-month course in the US Constitution, and one of our instructors recited that whole speech from memory.
When he was done the whole class stood up and cheered (and ready to fight the British!).

I served aboard the USS Patrick Henry SSBN-599. That speech was on a plaque in the passageway outside the Wardroom.
