Current models indicate that persistent spreading contrail cirrus has a significant net warming impact on the global climate; however, the magnitude of this impact is uncertain. Research is needed to improve scientific understanding, reduce process-level uncertainties, develop integrated decision support tools and mitigation strategies, and demonstrate and assess prediction and operational capabilities. Improved understanding will allow the U.S. to make informed decisions that will ensure U.S. competitiveness in the aerospace sector while managing the impacts of civil aviation in a cost-effective manner.

I work east of Dallas on the approach to both DFW and Love Field. I see it every day when conditions are right. A plane approaches at FL39 and as soon as it hits the skids, the contrail disappears. Planes flying at FL33, 35, 37 won’t have contrails on that particular day. It varies what altitude they occur.
I have a question...to all of you saying these are merely water vapors, why would pilots fly everyday over my house spraying water?

It seems like conservatives are prone to believing in conspiracy theories just as liberals are prone to believing in hoaxes like global warming and J6. Among the conspiracy theories that I have heard being peddled on the right are that President Eisenhower and Henry Kissinger were Russian spies, that Korean Airlines Flight 007 was not shot down but landed safely, that AIDS doesn’t exist, and that the 911 terrorist attacks were an inside job. All baloney! Rush was right!
At high altitudes where temperatures are cooler, water vapor from a plane's exhaust condenses and forms clouds. This has been going on since the early days of flight.

You assume the bacteria is a pathogen. Yogurt is made of a beneficial bacteria. You have beneficial probiotic bacteria in you intestines.
20 year of allegedly spreading this fog bacteria and you yourself say only one person MAY have died.

Conspiracy theories are what every law enforcement officer acts on every day of his career. Rush Limbaugh often spoke of his unwavering support for law enforcement.
Your position is reduced to the theory that the government and the UN don’t commit crimes. It’s the kookiest theory anyone ever had.
