As Twitchy reported, Elon Musk emailed all federal workers asking them to list in five bullet points what they had worked on the previous week. It's brilliant actually, as it shows who actually reads their emails or if that person exists at all. Federal workers didn't have the five minutes it would take to write the email but they found time to appear on cable news to describe how terrifying the request was.
That was a week ago, but federal workers are still suffering from PTSD. They held a protest outside the Capitol on Monday to express just how frightening it is to get an email from your boss. Nice COVID mask outside by the way.
“How frightening is it that the owner of X speaks to you directly to say ‘what did you do last week at work’… How do you think that makes federal workers feel?”

The sign in the first reply refers to OUR money as “their” money.
As others have noted, there’s not a single printed sign from a printer. They are all hand-lettered.
So these dip wads had time to go get poster board and paints and then paint their crude signs. That’s two or three hours right there.
“Our jobs are at risk.” That mentality really pisses me off. She’s an entitled brat who thinks she deserves life-long, undemanding, easy work with secure pay and great benefits. Screw her!! She should be the first to go.
WAPO and NYT and others have long been fabricating stories which they attribute to 'persons in a position to know' or 'officials familiar with the matter.'
However, now that President Trump is in office, lefty publications more often specify "name withheld to protect the employee from retaliation." The MSM is projecting the lie that it's necessary for 'bold journalists' to put themselves in the line of fire in order to hold that thin ink line between the President and the employees who 'risk it all' to say something President Trump doesn't like.

Having worked in the private sector for all but three years of my “First and Last Government Job” this makes me laugh. Welcome to the real world, Drone.
I like the one that says “Hands off our money”. Seems ironic.
Hands off our money?!!! Fed workers have NO respect for the American taxpayer. Zero.
They’d really crap if their boss called them at 3:00 a.m. and told you to fire up a bird in 45 knot winds and go check the local river for a guy who went missing when he fell out of his kayak.
I remember when I was a government employee, I had to be debriefed by the operations officer every time I returned from a mission. Didn’t bother me.
Wait until they find out what you have to do to get unemployment benefits. :)

I also worked in a cost center within a corporation. We always had to complete time sheets every two weeks to bill our time back to the profit centers that requested our services. This was necessary for the annual budget cycles (for our own department as well as those requesting our services) that rolled all the way back up to the top of the corporation.
Only a worker with a guilty conscience would fret over having to explain what they did in the past week.

“DOGE Protester Expresses How Frightening It Is to Get an Email From Your Boss”
pussy ... i received thousands of emails from my bosses over the decades when i worked for a GOCO ...
Sux to get fired but I dont feel bad for them. Get off your butt and find another job. That’s what the rest of us have to do.
I saw that and thought that had to be a Babylon Bee photoshop/meme!
“Our money”, really?? 🤦♀️
I. DON'T. CARE. how it "feeeeeeels".
Submit it or quit.
We’re retired and I could give you 5 productive things I did today at home.
Boy that sounds familiar. I’m now retired, but my first career after the US Army was in IT supporting engineering and factory automation. We filled out a report every month, with bullets noting what we had done. They were turned in to the VP of Tech Systems, who sent a report to the CEO.
At the end of the year we got a copy of each report back and summarized them with highlights for our annual report. Guess what! Annual salary increases were very predictable.
Yep, they are a bunch of drama queens and snowflakes-
Like te old saying goes, “if you did nothing wrong wrong, then you have nothing to fear”- if they had respected their boss like good employees, they would have honestly answered and known that their jobs were safe and had nothing to worry sbout- but the fscf that they are beingmasinine and “worrying” tells me that they are perhaps not honest people and should be keep into further.
I’m retired. I can give you five.
Yes, but we’re qualified for other jobs. These people probably got the jobs because they were female and gay, and had no other qualifications. Where else are they gonna find a job that pays over 6 figures to them for just showing up?
