It’s sort of ironic that the only people the CIA won’t share their secrets with is US citizens. Why, it’s almost as if they view us as the enemy.
I agree! I thought the very same when reading the article.
I think the death penalty is in effect ONLY if we’re in a declared war.

Looks like the 1950’s communist trials are back on except on MSM networks.
There are two ways to read this; and two different responses.
First, “elements within the CIA” view a loss of “money to control” as a threat and are willing to “sell” state secrets to gain money for their own personal power. That is a treat of treason, pure and simple; with an obvious motive. I would either execute them or strip them of US citizenship and send them to the Hell prison in El Salvador.
Second, this is the ravings of some lunatic within the CIA who thinks that be telling such a far fetched lie to CNN (which is in the business of telling far fetched lies) will somehow soften what will happen to the CIA.
In my mind the second reading is more likely. If so, the crazy mole should be investigated and prosecuted. Oh, and either way, the CIA should be put on a short choke chain, muzzled and dramatically downsized.
