I was probationary for 1 year for a civil service job and could be fired for any reason what so ever, including down sizing.

What a joke! They’ll all be out looking for a job. No time to try to fight Trump.😆

Asking for the resignations of political appointees used to be the norm.
I think it is when GW fired them all that the media got in an uproar about it. And people who understood how it worked looked on and scratched their heads in amusement.
These people sound like children. If they are so smart, they should have read some history about their jobs.

Welcome to the real world buttercup, where people aren’t entitled to their jobs just for converting oxygen to CO2. We are running $2 TRILLION(!!) deficits each year, adding to the already huge $36 TRILLION in national debt.
The US Constitution gives the President plenary power to administer the Executive Branch. Did you expect they would keep you around in a do-nothing job once your position was eliminated?
Check your probationary employment agreement. You can be fired for any reason, or for no reason. The video provides direct proof that you weren’t up for legal work - for the Government at least.

But she honestly thinks she’s doing the critical work of “protecting us.” That’s insulting.
