“Diversity, Equity, and Inversion!”
LOL...I’m alone and, yes, I really DID burst out laughing at that. Thanks
Amazing that Citizen Free Press couldn’t
put in a two-sentence description
Why the racist slant, I wonder.
At the time of the crash, there was blowing snow following a winter storm the previous weekend, while winds of 51 kilometres per hour (32 mph; 28 kn) with gusts of up to 64 kilometres per hour (40 mph; 35 kn) and a temperature of about −8.6 °C (16.5 °F) were present at the airport.[17] Before the crash, air traffic controllers warned the pilots of a possible signal interference in the glide path during landing.[18]
Brrrrrr...
“Racist slant”?? I don’t see that. Mr. Yu is probably Chinese.
I know why...
Because DEI includes all kinds of people being hired and promoted for reasons other than skill and qualifications.
Sometimes it sexual orientation.
Sometimes it is race.
When this DEI hiring happens in industries where lives are on the line, it can cause people to get hurt or killed.
The photo you are referencing was poking fun at Delta for using these types of racial preferences.
Noticing these racial preferences in hiring is now called "racism".
It was the DEI video that the employees made a few months back.
Just turn your phone upside down..............😎
I didn’t know what the first two and those on the runway were
Small screen - thanks
That’s some pretty good hairspray they be wearin!

Reactions to learning about: The first female pilot****
That is depressing, it shows how serious and mature Americans used to be before we became a feminized frivolous society, those people took this seriously.
Yeah but the pilots in the video are white, and he put brown skin on them. Sketchy.
Please see post 35
It’s called a meme
Wind speeds at Toronto Pearson International Airport around the time of the crash were significant. Reports indicate sustained winds from the west at around 20–29 miles per hour with gusts to 38–40 mph. Crosswinds are estimated at 19–22 mph from the right side of the aircraft during landing, and gusts likely fluctuating higher. One specific report highlighted sustained winds of 32 mph with gusts up to 40 mph, creating a crosswind of about 25 mph relative to the runway orientation. These conditions were near the operational limits of the CRJ-900.
Terminal Doppler Weather Radar (TDWR) is a specialized Doppler radar designed for airports. It scans at low altitudes with high resolution (about 150-meter range resolution and frequent updates every 1–6 minutes). It detects radial velocity shifts—when winds suddenly move toward or away from the radar—indicating a downdraft or diverging outflow. TDWR can spot the classic "divergence signature" of a microburst, where winds fan out near the ground at speeds often exceeding 20 knots over a small area (less than 4 km across). In cold, cloudy conditions (like at Toronto) detection gets trickier. Snow has lower reflectivity than rain, and shallow convective cells might not reach high enough for broader radars like NEXRAD to catch. TDWR needs a clear velocity signal. If a microburst hit during that Delta crash, the Pearson radar (likely a C-band Doppler) would’ve needed to catch a sudden wind spike amid already gusty 40 mph conditions.
On August 2, 1985, Delta Air Lines Flight 191 from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to Los Angeles, California, made an intermediate stop at Dallas/Fort Worth. The Lockheed L-1011 encountered a microburst while on approach to land at DFW. The aircraft impacted ground just over one mile short of the runway, struck a car near the airport, collided with two water tanks and disintegrated. Out of the 163 occupants on board, 136 people died and 25 others were injured in the accident.
An airline, talking about how they are going to slay?
I would rather not be slain. If they have all female crews, and planes only maintained by females. I think the least they can do is free vodka tonics so I can at least be well lubricated when the plane flips upside down.
Whoever put this out after two very serious accidents needs to be unemployed fast. What a dunce!
