The only downside to this is, we need to remember it was Trump who pushed Fauci to hurry up and produce a vaccine. I love Trump, I voted for him all three times, and I support him now, but sooner or later someone's going to point this out.

Trump got rolled. He was railroaded into that position. He was optimistic about ivermectin and other things and then was scorned for telling people to drink bleach. Unfortunately, because he got rolled he cannot be as direct about the evils of the vaccine

Obviously, people with less than one year on the job were not working on COVID policy in 2020-2021.
Trump NEVER said to drink bleach - that is another example of fake news pushing a lie.

Operation warp speed is one concept. Producing unsafe vacinations is another concept. Operation warp speed did not give permission to develop unsafe vaccines. That is all on the companies. They assured Trump it could be done safely.

I remember quite well. It was a monumental screw-up.
I, too, voted for him three times.
He sure ain't perfect, and he has his warts and weak points. His biggest weak point has been in selecting talent to run his government. The jury is still out on the current crop/administration, but early signs seem to point to improvement in that area.
One thing you can say about the man, he is one more strong SOB and knows how to fight and survive.
