Thank you for posting this. I’ll have to read more of the writings of Jeff Chandler. The article is a detailed post-day autopsy of major thrusts going on.
As a lawyer I was trained that the cardinal sin for a lawyer was being surprised in the courtroom. Surprise would be by testimony or evidence not expected. The corollary for lawyers, is to always create surprises and snares for the opponents.
This article explains the incorporation of surprise and success because the opponent does not game out their reactions. The opponents are greedy, and can’t rid themselves of being thrown into the briar patch by their own actions. I hope events turn out as Chandler writes.
