Citing prior evidence of “memory” issues, it looks like President Trump just eliminated a national security threat.

Trump argued in a Truth Social post. “There is no need for Joe Biden to continue receiving access to classified information. Therefore, we are immediately revoking Joe Biden’s Security Clearances, and stopping his daily Intelligence Briefings,” the president continued.
Trump also succinctly explained his decision in comments to The NY Post.
“I don’t trust him. He’s not worthy of trust … to have any role in safeguarding national security.”

I’m sure Biden has no idea of this. The existence of the clearance, however, enabled the uncleared flunkies around him to use it to gain undeserved access. So the cancellation is a good thing.
