RED ALERT DOGE *PING*

This one is awkward:

πŸš€ Marco Rubio – Director at International Republican Institute (EIN 521340267) πŸ€” U.S. Senator from Florida, 2016 presidential candidate (Republican)

Peeps were wondering why Rubio was put in charge of the State Department as many consider him a Deep Stater. It seems likely president Trump put him in place to calm the Deep State, cause them to leave documents unshredded and server information in place, believing Marco had as much to lose as they did so his appointment meant they were SAFE, until Musk could get in and look around. Stealth MUSK

If I read it right, this tip of the tip of the iceberge accounts for 1.5 trillion in spending, yet:

"πŸ”” TOTAL Active Spending Grants: $3,829,490,800.46 | TOTAL Government Funding reported through 990s: $1,914,277,896"

Further, the State Department indirectly funds USAID, as does the Dept of Justice, National Science Foundation etc.

"Department of State gives nonprofits grants.
USAID gives nonprofits grants.

The nonprofits then give each other grants."

I put the report you linked, in ThreadReaderApp form, in Festival, here, in case DDOS or other interference makes it hard to access. Actually, I feel like I photographed a massive car pile up on the side of the road because I just couldn't believe cars could land like that....
