I would suggest that the decay in Joe Biden is a symptom of the sickness of our U.S. Senate. From the infectious swamp of the Senate comes the money laundering, influence peddling, shenanigans played on the opposition, unethical behavior, bad character—all a demonic sickness that infects the nation. Term limits would be a start to quell the infection.
