Confiscate the passports of everybody who worked for the bureaucracy and police during this time period until their involvement in the grooming scandal can be worked out. Punish anybody who didn’t stop it or became involved themselves.
I am expecting, as people push forward, that some are going to flee Britain in order to avoid prosecution as their involvement becomes known.

At 21:15 Steyn mentions that Pritti Patel (C) Home Secretary ordered that the police forces in the child sex cases should record the ethnic identity of the perpetrators. It turned out that the police districts in South Yorkshire did not do this.
