Associated Press just published this article – without citing the name of the writer.
The article states:
“High-profile incidents on the train, such as the case of Daniel Penny, a military veteran who choked an agitated New York subway rider and was acquitted of homicide this month, often attract national attention and further unnerve passengers.”
Uh, no.
It was not Daniel Penny who upset the passengers on the New York City subway.
It was Jordan Neely who did that.
Here are two different videos that show passengers telling exactly who it was that upset them.

Shame on Associated Press for lying about this.
And shame on Associated Press for not naming the reporter who wrote this article.
It is beyond time to sue the life out of these media mongrels who willfully and intentionally lie.
This isn’t an accident, nor a simple error. This is a willful act of slander/libel not covered under “freedom of speech”. Taking away the financial incentive for these media types to spew intentional lies is the only thing (other than imprisoning) that will make a difference.
ALL white people must leave these melanin infested s holes. We are not compatible. Sorry, not sorry.
Democrats and the media want whites dead, especially the white guilt infested whites in the media because they have protection behind their locked gates and walls.
If that was the case at the time, why did two other riders, at least one a black man assist Daniel in restraining Neely.
Defamation attorneys are going to get so tired of winning that they may have to consult Trump for tips on how to deal with it.
“”Associated Press just published this article – without citing the name of the writer.””
So... garbage.
Gotcha.
.
Myself and an middle-aged Asian tackled and detained a young Middle Eastern man that had snatched a purse from a elderly Chinese lady. Luckily we were not charged with anything. In fact, when the police got there, they took one look at the guy we were sitting on, laughed, and said “hey, we know that guy.”
Go get you some money, Daniel. A couple million should square it away.
About $15 million.
Was this in Cupertino?
Nice story. Thanks for sharing. I worked in uniform for 25 years in NY State’s prison system, and came across many repeat offenders during that time. Repeat offenders today get a pass, and wear it like a badge of honor.
No wonder Amelia Carter burned to death nary a helping hand.
Culpable.
I hope Penny sues them to the point of castration
These guys really should knock it off about now, but they’ll never learn.
AP = America’s Pravda
They will post a retraction sometime in 2025.
The Associated Press writer is a liar. Keep that in mind when you read something from the Associated Press.
It’s Ape Pee. Whaddya expect?
A clever attempt by the writer to change reality. Penny didn’t choke anyone. The “passenger” was more than “agitated.” I hope the filthy bastard who wrote the article rides the NY subway ope day, and meets an “agitated” passenger and discovers the meaning of “I don’t mind going to jail and getting life in prison. I’m ready to die.”
AP is the worst.
