Federal judges warn against Trump's plans to pardon J6 defendants

Ahead of President-elect Donald Trump’s second White House term, judges are reportedly expressing concerns over Trump’s plans to pardon those individuals charged in connection with January 6.

US District Judge Tanya Chutkan, who oversaw the since-dismissed January 6 case from Jack Smith against Donald Trump, has reportedly had to reassure officers who were present on that day that "the rule of law still applies," however, she now says "I’m not sure I can do that very convincingly these days," per Politico.

A Trump-appointed judge has warned Trump against issuing a blanket pardon for those arrested, while an Obama-appointed judge said Wednesday that possible efforts to pardon former Oath Keepers leader Stewart Rhodes, who is serving an 18-year prison sentence for seditious conspiracy, would be "frightening." Trump has said that he is planning to pardon those non-violent J6 offenders, not those who have committed violence against officers.

Judges have moved ahead with January 6 cases despite defendants asking for their cases to be delayed in the possibility that Trump pardons them. Politico reported that "Judges have emphasized that his pardon power has no relationship to their obligation to mete out justice, and they have ignored, in Chutkan’s words, 'whatever happens outside this courthouse door.'"

“Time for a class action suit for prosecutor’s and judicial misconduct against all, including the FBI AND J6 Committee.”

No class actions. They would be too confusing to jurors.

There have been extraditions from Florida and cases of deprivations of rights.

Florida juries need to be put on the cases of deprivations of rights suffered by Floridians, one by one.

these corrupt judges are terrified that hundreds of political prisoners they illegally imprisoned are suddenly freed and will be able to finally speak freely and tell the full truth about the entire matter ...

These judges are all complicit in judicial misconduct. 95% of the cases for January 6th were misdemeanor trespass or criminal trespass at worst and nobody should have gone to jail for more than 3-6 months. Anybody in there that has been imprisoned for 2-3 years for scuttling with the police should be released for time served.

Stuart Rhodes did nothing to get 18 years. He needs a full pardon.

The judges and prosecutors need to be indicted.

Sounds like these judges could be part of a Democrat RICO conspiracy. The pronouncements certainly sound politically motivated and coordinated. Have any of them exchanged emails ex parte with DoJ or Liz Cheney about this? It’s terrible to have to ask questions like that, but here we are.

Tanya Chutkan needs to move back to Jamaica where she was born.

The other bulls#$% judge we’re dealing with is Juan Merchan.
He was born in Colombia.

We don’t need anymore foreign judges if this is the crap we get.

“extraditions”

Maybe that’s not the right word, but Floridians have been removed from the State of Florida with the intent to violate their rights under law.

Judicial nutcases can be mainly neutralized by say allowing the plaintiff to exclude up to 1/10th the judges of a judicial district and the defendant up to 4/10ths.

As for crazy jury awards, each prospective juror might be required to compute damages on paper for say four hypothetical cases, two prepared by the plaintiff and two prepared by the defense. Then 2/10ths of the jurors could be excluded by each side.

“Washington [D.C.] is not a place to live in. The rents are high, the food is bad, the dust is disgusting and the morals are deplorable. Go West, young man, go West and grow up with the country.”

— attributed to Horace Greeley, New-York Daily Tribune, July 13, 1865

It seemed to have good food when I lived in and visited the area, and it no longer has a dust problem.

They should be impeached for conduct unbecoming.

The key is that all the corrupt judges, prosecutors, and investigators need to be sued personally, not just the government they worked for.

That’s what happened at Duke.

“on October 5, 2007, the three accused players filed a federal lawsuit alleging a broad conspiracy to frame them. Named in the suit were Nifong, the lab that handled the DNA work, the city of Durham, the city’s former police chief, the deputy police chief, the two police detectives who handled the case and five other police department employees. The players were seeking unspecified damages, and also wanted to place the Durham Police Department under court supervision for 10 years, claiming the actions of the police department posed “a substantial risk of irreparable injury to other persons in the City of Durham”.

According to the suit, Nifong engineered the conspiracy to help him win support for his election bid. Nifong reportedly told his campaign manager that the case had “provided him with ‘millions’ of dollars in free advertising”.

On January 15, 2008, the city of Durham filed a motion to remove itself as a defendant, arguing it had no responsibility for Nifong’s actions. On the same day, Nifong filed for bankruptcy. On May 27, 2008, Judge William L. Stocks lifted the stay from Nifong’s bankruptcy filing and ruled that the plaintiffs’ lawsuit could go forward.”

I think Trump cares about “Feral Judges” about as much as I do. They can go jump off a cliff. They are the most worthless people in America and they should be in jail. I don’t remember them bitching about that 1500 real criminals their butt buddy Joe Pedo released. That Jamaican Voodoo ho, Tanya Chitkan, is one of the complainers? She can KMA. Jamaicans and Haitians should not be allowed in the U.S. They should stay on their islands scratching their coconuts. Jamaican female ‘judges’ are out there trying to put all white American males in jail.

Yeah… sure. They are mad that their Roland Freisler act is coming to an end.

Judge Beryl Howell, U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan says she has often reassured police officers traumatized by the violence of Jan. 6, 2021, that 'the rule of law still applies.'

Yeah, the assassin of Ashli Babbitt was so traumatized after he killed her that he was promoted.

Those judges are corrupt and evil -

Add Judge Juan Merchan and DAs like Alvin Bragg and Assistant Manhattan District Attorney Dafna Yoran, who urged jurors at Daniel Penny's subway chokehold trial to convict him of manslaughter on Tuesday - she once sought reduced punishment for a Manhattan mugger who killed an 87-year-old over $300 in 2019 under the concept of "restorative justice."

Perhaps you have an example of someone who actually used physical violence against a police officer in the capital protest. The famous example of one being hit with a fire extinguisher was probably someone sprayed a fire extinguisher at him. Literally it could be said he was hit with a fire extinguisher but this is completely different than what has been promulgated by the media.

"And yet pardoning hardened criminals is fine with them."

And pardoning fugitives from justice like Bill Clinton did in the hour before he left the White House in 2001.
