This is a shocker. Normally a Minnesota judge would rule the issue is "moot" or the Plaintiff doesn't have standing.

The GOP may pick up another MN House seat won by a Democrat by 14 votes. 20 absentee ballots were inexplicably destroyed and not counted. The GOP challenger is seeking a new election which could further tip the balance in the House to the GOP.
