CTH previously noted the absurdity of the story narratives around these “drones.” Of course, the U.S. military know what these drones are and exactly what they are about.

Law Enforcement does it all the time with helicopters, and with spot lights...
They are connecting with the uplink beamed vertically, not laterally, so they would not be emitting anything laterally towards terrestrial detectors. And with all the civilian Starlink setups they could be pretty well hidden among them. Musk turned over a large portion of Starlink control to the Military.
And he has been building and installing a unique system aside from Starlink just for the Military and intelligence agencies. So pretty much the only ones who could track these are Starlink and the Military using this system provided by Musk. For confidential reasons the Military or intelligence could use his systems without even informing musk. He gave them that ability.
NJ has McGuire AFB, the FAA tech center (that you mentioned in your post), and so on. The aviation industry employs many people here.
If these drones are ours, then government officials and politicians are to blame for the hysteria. Because, otherwise, no one here would have panicked over drones.
Actually... Musk might know. But this would raise whole new questions about his loyalty and true end game... I have always suspected him as being loyal to only Musk and his own end game. He is literally setting up the proverbial Skynet for Intelligence agencies to spy on Americans. While at the same time claiming to be on the side of the people ad their privacy. It is a huge huge contradiction and double standard.

I would think a huge factor in testing would be how well they do being bombarded with radiation from the massive amount of everyday devices in congested areas. Everything electric and electronic emits electromagnetic fields and radiation. Even LED lights emit radiation that can goof up radios.
Besides, how much fun would it be to chase rabbits, cows, or sheep in the field when you can chase humans instead. :)
I just thought of another factor. You would want to test something in the environment you are going to be using it. And along with that comes the “psychological” impact factor they are going to cause. Such as right now...

Why over populated areas?
*This could be a conditioning, predictive programming operation to soften us for something else that’s coming, however this is looking less likely.
*This could be a search for something. There were statements made that Iran had assets in the US to carry out an evil task. While this may be a simple ruse, I’m assuming there is some truth to this. If the search were for radiological, or biological devices, I suspect the search wouldn’t be limited to the hours of 1700-2300, but would be much more intense and urgent. If this is a search, I suspect that it is a data hoovering operation, looking for cell data, or radio data on enemy assets and the area being searched is where the suspected assets are believed to be operating. The agency carrying out the investigation cannot leak details of this operation, so “we don’t know anything” has to be the current narrative. The current hours of operation (1700-2300) would be the time after a regular work day and before the assets would go to bed, when they’re more likely to communicate with each other, or is already be known as their communication window.
If Trump is read into the details, he would also play along with the current propaganda narrative (lshoot them down”. While knowing this really isn’t going to happen) to keep it covert, though he may not be read in yet (doubtful).
This isn’t aliens from outer space. That’s just plain silliness.

I think it’s been mentioned before, but it seems like maybe Biden needs to be “taken out behind the barn” & encouraged to come to the truth about a few things.
That question makes the assumption that he has not. He may have been given some true briefing or some BS version, and sworn to secrecy for both options. I’m inclined to think he would respect a call for secrecy from him and allow the actual govt. in power to control their outflow of information, flailing as they are. That doesn’t mean he can’t drop broad hints such as his Truth Social statement that he does not believe what Kirby is peddling to the public.
I’m betting the FAA tech center are running tests and it is easier to just panic the public instead of broadcasting that the government is trying to figure out what happens if a bad player starts launching drones. The Pine Barrens would be a good testing ground.
He makes some interesting comments but he's basically only swatting down the reports that are exaggerated, and misleading, and of course there are now many bogus reports.
He also cites Hanlon's razor to defend Kirby's statements and the current administration. He assumes that their actions are due to incompetence or ignorance rather than malice.

If Trump is being “briefed”, I think that they are giving him massaged BS briefings to keep him in the dark. Likewise, he won’t be able to get actual intel from the briefers until he is able to clean out the intel agencies. The deep state will use every means to hold their and the democrat’s power. They won’t willingly accept that Trump is the new boss.
Wouldn’t surprise me if these ‘drones’ were set up for a Biden ‘fake’ take down
and “I SAVED AMERICA!” Don’t doubt me. The left will do everything possible.
