New York City Mayor Eric Adams indicated to reporters Saturday that the UnitedHealth CEO’s shooter has been identified after a days-long ongoing manhunt.
However, he declined to say whether or not they have the suspect’s name, stating that he doesn’t want to tip off “the person we are seeking.”
“We do not want to give him an upper hand at all,” Adams said.
The Gateway Pundit reported on Wednesday morning that Brian Thompson was murdered outside of the Hilton Hotel in Midtown Manhattan. He arrived before 7 am for a conference when he was shot at multiple times by a masked man who police say was waiting for him to arrive.
Surveillance footage shows a masked gunman waiting for Thompson before approaching and firing multiple shots at close range.
Detectives investigating the assassination of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson uncovered a potential motive: shell casings at the crime scene were inscribed with words, The Gateway Pundit reported on Thursday. The inscribed shell casings—three live 9mm rounds and three discharged casings—bearing the words “Deny,” “Defend,” and “Depose”—were found among the evidence collected at the scene, indicating the killer was possibly a disgruntled client.
Thompson’s wife, Paulette, further disclosed that the family had received threats prior to the incident, possibly related to disputes over insurance coverage.
After the attack, the gunman fled the scene on an electric bike, disappearing into Central Park.

The gun they are posting in the article is the B&T Station Six 9mm Suppressed Pistol that costs $2,000 with a 6-9 month wait for the BATF stamp for the suppressor.
I’m just offering another report.
I know, I didn't mean anything by my post.
I just find it strange that the police would call that pistol a "veterinary" pistol. I can't see a vet paying that kind of money and jumping thru the hoops required to get the stamp to purchase the suppressor.
In his eyes, killing the head of an enemy to stop the killing of many innocent people is justified.
Ever watch the old Sargent York movie?
It’s s 2nd degree murder for depraved indifference.
From wikipedia:
“The Brügger & Thomet VP9 (Veterinary Pistol 9mm) is a manually repeating, magazine-fed, integrally-suppressed pistol created by Brügger & Thomet (now B&T) for use as a veterinary pistol for putting down sick and wounded animals. The design is based on the Welrod pistol.
Design
The design is heavily based on the Welrod pistol designed by the Special Operations Executive (SOE) for use in World War II and is mechanically almost identical.[4] Its original purpose was to quickly and humanely kill sick animals without frightening nearby animals or people.[5][1][3][4][6][7] B&T first produced the pistol when approached by a customer requesting 25 bolt-action suppressed pistols. B&T suggested using the Welrod design but adapting it for 9mm which the customer agreed to. Initially only 30 were made, 25 for the customer and 5 for hobby use by B&T employees, but production and sales were expanded when it was realized that there was a market for such a pistol.[5]
Variants
Beginning in 2021,[6] Brügger & Thomet began importing a version of the pistol to the United States as the Station SIX-9. To comply with American handgun regulations, the barrel length was increased and the grip was lengthened.[5] The integral suppressor included with the gun is of a wiper-style design; additionally, a metal-baffle training suppressor is available...”
LOL the shooter would be elected mayor in a landslide
“I suppose in your book...all CEOs are crooked.”
Yes. I am too old and too experienced to know otherwise.
Exactly what I thought.
Two men who had a stroke and fell...WERE DENIED CARE PERHAPS BECAUSE THEY WERE 91 AND 92...REGARDLESS...THEY WERE DENIED AND THEY DIED.
Maybe, just maybe, this person is a grandson, or a more close relative...what then.
As a relative of the victims.....WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
You are justifying this murder? One thing is certain, you’re not a conservative? You’re a radical. What are you doing trolling this site?
I would not commit an extra-judicial murder.
You are either a conservative who believes in the rule of law and due process, or you are not.
This guy, this CEO, is not on my Christmas card list. Nonetheless, there is a process in America. I note that the liberals and Deep State have done their best to game the process, but the process still exists.
I heartily agree.
Not only is he a 'pottymouth', but a person who is dipping his hands in the blood of someone who was killed without due process, and happily rubbing his hands together with a twisted, gleeful smile.
This is not who we are. Not on this forum, and not as conservatives.
You and I are buds on this forum. And while I understand your anger, there are ways to deal with this sort of stuff without extra-judicial killings.
One way is to avoid UHC like they are cancer. I have done so, ever since I have a single dealing with them, a long time ago.
Another way is to utilize the legal system with a class-action suit that would end up costing them FAR more than if they just paid the damned claims.
Killing the CEO without due process does nothing whatsoever. It does not pay denied claims. It does not change the company’s practices.
All it did is cause other CEO’s to hire private security details.
Yep. Ditto.
“there is a process in America.”
And how’s that working out for us?
If you write with such hostility and anger to members of this forum, both new and long-term, I suggest you go to a forum where this infantile behavior is tolerated. Both Reddit and Patriots.Win have this tone.
I’ve already expressed myself to you about your twisted glee over extra-judicial murder, so I don’t intend to re-engage you on that point. In that regard, you are a lost cause.
But there is a positive and negative way to engage people on Free Republic. Pretty much to-a-fault you cannot help but run your mouth, cussing nearly everyone out that you post to. Perhaps you could take your posting elsewhere.
