Matt Walsh said this was predictable accusation against a GOP nominee. He also mentioned the woman was drinking at the hotel bar with Pete Hegseth tll late in the evening, while her husband was in a hotel room watching their children. Matt Walsh then says we know a woman who would do this is horrible, and she willingly went to Pete's room, late in the night for one reason only. Then, a few days later she told her husband and the police, after "she remembered" what supposedly happened. Matt says we can never know,a which makes false rape accusations so bad that they harm men so accused forever. Matt says he can't know for sure, but that it is reasonable to not believe her.

Haven't watched the video but I heard these gems on the Buck Sexton show:

• Pete was separated from his wife.

• The woman was married. Her husband and children accompanied her to the event.

• He was quite drunk.

• The woman appeared to be sober (or at least in control of her judgement).

• Hotel video showed the woman assisting Pete to his room then entering with him voluntarily.

• The woman did not report the alleged assault until 4 days later.

Make of it what you will. 🤔

He missed the category of women who make false allegations of rape for money.

He spouse is her pimp. They turned this into a payday almost instantly.

And I’m sure they’ve been paod again by the dems.

I’ve read the police report. The synopsis is that the accuser and her family were at a hotel for a conference connected to a GOP event. She flirted with Hegseth at the bar and by the pool. She hadn’t had that much to drink; Hegseth had over-indulged a bit. She walked arm in arm with him to his hotel room and they had s-x. She then started worrying about what her hubby would think and went back to their room and told him she had feel asleep on a sofa in a co-worker’s room.

Hubby was skeptical and she soon “confessed” that she’d been raped. He insisted she report it and 4 days later she went to the hospital for a rape test kit and the police were called. (She insisted on being designated “Jane Doe”.)

Over a period of days, the officer then investigated, interviewed witnesses, and reviewed text messages between parties along with video from the hotel.

No charges were filed against Hegseth.

It was obvious to me it was a case of “regret sex” and she had to make up something to appease her husband. I doubt she thought it would go as far as a police investigation and official report.

Despite the accuser saying she believed “something may have been slipped into her drink, as she cannot remember most of the night’s events,” surveillance video obtained by police showed she appeared coherent before and after the alleged incident, and she had “locked arms” with Hegseth while smiling. An eyewitness also told police she saw the accuser flirting with Hegseth.

In addition, a hotel worker saw the accuser putting her hand and arm on Hegseth’s back and leading him towards the direction of his hotel room shortly before the alleged rape occurred, and said that Hegseth was “very intoxicated” but that she was not. (Brietbart)
