They are not soliciting for money, just a resume to see what you bring to the table. But, I think they are limiting their research to a very small audience that almost reeks of elitism. But I still do not see how they are enriching themselves. Explain how they are doing that exactly.

You DO NOT have to be a premium subscriber. You just have to be subscribed to the DOGE feed as a follower. I do not pay anything for X, I am a regular non-premium user and as soon as I clicked subscribe on the feed, the little message envelope appeared.

I actually did send in my resume, because, what have I got to lose? Tracking down government waste would be an excellent use of my time.

It does have to be in image format - .jpg or .png, etc. Also, the first try was blocked until I proved I was human, but the second one showed up as a sent message right away.
