If they did, they wouldn’t tell anyone because they have two years to decide.

' "No one other than Justices Thomas and Alito knows when or if they will retire, and talking about them like meat that has reached its expiration date is unwise, uninformed and frankly just crass,” Leo said, according to CNN.'

Only Sotomayor knows when or if she will retire, too. She should do a Ginsburg and stay right where she is.

“this is a man who has never thought about this job from a political perspective”

It is merely a coincidence that every justice who has retired recently has done so during a presidency of the party they are most associated with.

I suspect Judge Thomas would be ready to retire.
He’s been sent through the wringer and back again, starting with, of all people, Joe Biden! “A High Tech Lynching”.

I don’t see our Republican Senators openly pushing for them to retire unlike the Democrats crass suggestions to Sotomayor.

OK...let them continue. But hopefully in late 2028 they’ll retire if a Rat happens to win the WH.

"Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett"

Only marginally better than the squishy Chief Justice who hung obamacare around our necks...IMHO...

Good. Alito and Thomas are easily the best intellects on the Court.

SCOTUS is a political body because that’s how America’s domestic enemies perceive it. Given the opportunity, I have no doubt that Democrats will restructure it to their permanent tyranical advantage.

I hope President Trump agrees and chooses future nominees that agree. It would be nice if it were not so, but it is so.
