Went to my polling place at 0645 this morning. 50+ people waiting. Mix of men and women. We’re very rural, and it’s mostly Trump country. Saw a couple of “Coexist” bumper stickers, but they were easy to pick out of the crowd.
Praying that Amendments 3 and 4 go down. Tired of the marijuana and abortion amendment attempts. They can’t legislate it into existence, so they’re trying to amend the state constitution. Freaking incredible.
The “early voting” doesn’t mean anything. It’s the “late voting” that tells the tale.
After the 2000 debacle... It will be a long cold hard day in hell before Florida goes Democrat again.
ballots not counted yet though
Here’s what I have for early voting from the State of Florida’s Official Website.
Total Early Vote - 8,281,771
Total Republican Early Votes - 3,567,169
Total Democratic Early Votes - 2,730,278
Difference R vs D Early Votes - 836,891 favoring Republicans
In Miami-Dade County R vs D, 30,913 favoring Republican
Statewide Florida has 67 Counties, only 7 have more Democratic Early Votes than Republicans.
Alachua
Broward
Palm Beach
Orange
Osceola
Leon

Florida for Trump!!!
Nobody working in 2020. Easy to fill out a form when you have 24 hours of free time. Harder to do when responsibilities take hold.
In 2016 Trump beat Clinton by 115,000 votes in Florida.
In 2020 Trump beat Biden by 350,000 votes in Florida.
In 2024 Trump will beat Kamala by more than 750,000 votes in FLORIDA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And our “good friends” at Faux news have graciously dubbed Florida “likely Republican” - not Solid - but “likely Republican.”
Remember FOX IS NOT YOUR FRIEND!
Compare 2024 early votes vs. active registrations-—
I just loaded this page on JoeisDone and the usual Democrat Counties are showing a participation in the 60% level vs the Republican Counties the participation is in the high 70% to well over 80% level.
This tells me that the Democrats are not voting.
In 2020 the total vote was just over 11.1 million.
The big Florida surprise in 2024 is that the total vote may be below 11 million because the Democrats stayed home.
