there’s a nationwide issue with Dominion terminals that prevents voters from making certain selections while voting. They call this a “programming issue”.
You know what doesn’t have programming issues? Paper ballots.

So, they go ahead and vote illegally anyway, knowing that if the DEMs get in, they won't be punished.
Now is the time for the RNC to spend some dough advertising that any illegal voters will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We need to make them realize that it just is not worth taking a chance. The ad should run in both English and Spanish.
“The point is to prosecute them. Until we start prosecuting people for voter fraud it will continue to get worse.”

I’m sorry, but No, the point is to WIN the ELECTION; without winning the election there will be no prosecution.
The Republican Party dropped the ball and a private organization had to file the law suit. This was too little too late; but, kudos to America First Legal for trying.
Execution is a better option. Better deterrent value, and no recidivism.
“what if they’ve already voted??”
Subtract that number from the total number of democrat votes.
And it is stuff like this that is going to make it harder for them to cheat in Arizona again.
BTTT
Trump can say for everyone on that list we are going to check your citizenship and prosecute you if you vote illegally. That might stop some of the votes from going through. However I suspect that many of these registrations are not for real people but have been created in order to record fake votes. Once again if Trump wins then the federal government will be able to check all of those names. So sadly the list is mostly going to be valuable after the election. Not so much before it. Democrats have done everything they can to corrupt our elections. So the system does not allow for preemptive actions.
NICE!!
Arizona drivers licenses only have to be renewed every 20 years. Starting 18 to 19 years ago, AZ started collecting citizenship status when issuing new drivers licenses and thus built a database that linked the drivers license # with citizenship status. This database was used to check the citizenship status for AZ residents when registering to vote. The problem is that the database is not correct for some whose license is up for renewal in the next several months. The vast majority of these people are most likely US citizens, but a significant number may not be citizens, but were allowed to register to vote. If Trump wins, it would be just like the Dems to use this to demand a new election in AZ.
I’m not sure there can be a sure proof way, other than a finger print id, but that would never fly. Paper ballots can be destroyed, software that has a “programming issue” is because it was programmed that way by someone either deliberately, or stupidly. I’ve worked with computers for over 45 years, never saw one make a mistake. All errors were caused by humans who built the hardware or wrote and implemented the software. A mistake would be some instruction it performed that produced a result that was contrary to how it was programmed, as if it could really think.
Bump!
Depending on the state, the ballot may still be in the sealed envelope, and not yet counted.
Nice to have legal decisions go our way for a change.
They weren’t ‘mistakes’...
A steady state computer glitch.
What was the drop dead date and time did the Judge specify for Fontes to turn over the list? Anything like “immediately” or “as soon as possible” will be dragged out well past the election and counting period.
I’m happy to have the ruling, and for the list to be thoroughly scrutinized. On one hand, I doubt it is going to yield many residents of AZ registered to vote for 20 years who still aren’t citizens. On the other hand, why hasn’t Fontes already run checks that could have shortened the list substantially? That would have this issue into small taters and protected peoples’ privacy. Not doing it is suspicious.
Of course not. Nor a “glitch” which is the same ridiculous excuse. They are all man made. Computers don’t think. Not yet anyway, and I hope I’m long gone when they do.
