Well SCOTUS, what are you going to do now. The ball is in your court.

The USSC will properly say "enforcement of the law is not in our job description, that is up the Congress".

The Founders might say:
1. The Executive Branch at Biden's direction intentionally and improperly gave away taxpayer monies to Biden's friends as determined by the Judicial Branch.
2. The Legislative Branch should exercise its authority to legislate a means by which a President is liable for such willful violation to repay the taxpayers out of his personal funds including his pension benefits.
