Pretty amateurish to steal a photo off the public internet and doctor it in this day and age.
A simple reverse image search would turn up the original.

The image is actually from a Canadian woman who died of cancer in 2007.

Technically, the picture is not being distributed by Kamala's campaign. While I suspect they are behind the photo, other sychophants on on record for distributing it.
The following images are from Viva Frei's video, and he notes that if there was a legitimate photo of Kamala working at McDonalds, her campaign would have released it.
