Probably the weakest Dodgers team they've had since 2016 due to injuries, and they make it in.

The Yankees played the Dodgers in 1941, 1947, 1949, 1952, 1953, 1955, 1956, 1963, 1977, 1978 and 1981 with the Yankees winning eight of the Series, according to Sports Illustrated.

Wasn’t following, but I just heard a boat load of fireworks and assumed it was either a revolution beginning, or the Dodgers won. Lol

My favorite series was the one in 1963, when the Dodgers beat the Yankees four straight. This had never happened to the Yankees before, and I don’t believe it has happened since.

Weird that neither team can assemble a reliable starting staff due to injuries, yet will play for the championship. Might be the most relief innings in WS history if the series goes all 7 games.

We were loaded enough to get out of NL
Now we get to lose to the Yankees again.
See 1941,1947,1949,1952,1953,1956,1977,& 1978.
But there was 1955,1963, & 1981 so maybe 2024 is our year.

World Series can’t be in November.
MLB is dead since 2020 and they sat out in protest because a sexual predator with a knife was shot.
So many things wrong.
Left destroys everything.

Dang it, I wanted to see an all NY world series, especially since no one picked the Mets to even be in the playoffs at the beginning of the year.
But as much as I hate the Yankees, I hate the Dodgers even more, so, GO YANKEES! Would love to see Anthony Rizzo get another ring.
