Richard Rowe Jr.
September 15, 1980 - October 28, 2021
Richard Rowe Jr. passed away at the age of 41. He was a truck driver and politician for District 23. He leaves behind his sister Laura ( Mike ) (Is his sister a transgender, who is really his brother?), niece Katie, nephews Josh and Dylan, his Aunt Cindy ( Chris ) Namoski, cousins Leanne and Brittany Gettle, and Aunt Danna and cousin Allen, his Uncle Gary ( Sandy ) and daughter Ellen, and numerous other cousins. A memorial will be held at Highlands Memorial Park on Sunday, November 14. 2021 at 1 pm. All are welcome to attend. Carpe diem!
